Raymond was the beloved husband of Anna Mae. Raymond will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He loved to ride his motorcycle and take his boat out on the lake, especially family boating excursions out to Strawberry Island on Lake St. Raymond enjoyed bowling, shooting pool, going to the drive-in or movie theater, and the occasionally slice of German chocolate cake. In 1997, Raymond retired after many years of dedication to Ford Motor Company. He married Anna Mae on June 6th, 1959 and the couple raised four children together. ![]() Upon his return home, he began working for Ford Motor Company. Raymond proudly served his country during the Korean War until his Honorable Discharge. After graduating from Bethel Evangelical Lutheran School in 1946, he enlisted in the United States Army. He was born on July 10, 1931, in Detroit, Michigan to Walter and Alma Dereniak. Raymond Walter Dereniak, Sr., age 91 of Farmington Hills, passed away May 28, 2023. ![]()
